Products
The high-quality oil is produced from the fruits of the olive varieties Oblica, Leccino, Asceolana, Frantoio, Istarska Bjelica and Buza. The olives are picked by hand and processed with a cold press into extra virgin olive oil, all in the same day immediately after harvesting. The oil is of exceptional quality and has a fruity taste with balanced bitterness and intensity. For this reason, in the last 9 years, our olive oil has been awarded the gold medal in regional competitions six times.
We can proudly say that our Brig Extra Virgin Olive Oil was awarded the GOLD AWARD for "BEST OLIVE OILS" for the first time in 2023, at the world's largest and most renowned olive oil quality competition in New York.
